Some programs require sign-up, and many are created or guided by Team MarVan to ensure high-quality, meaningful experiences that make a lasting impact.

The Ready Center, a new facility in Milwaukee, serves as a hub for the Diplomas2Degrees program and other initiatives.
How Teens Grow Through the Program
- College Readiness. Teens get hands-on support with college and financial aid applications while learning what it takes to thrive in a college environment.
- Goal Setting. Participants set meaningful short- and long-term goals, creating a clear path toward academic and career success.
- Career Exploration. Through guest speakers, worksite tours, and career-planning activities, teens discover new opportunities and imagine what their future could look like.

- Support and Mentorship. Teens connect with caring mentors who guide and encourage them every step of the way on their journey to college and beyond.
