Resources to Support Your Family

We’re here for your child—and for you. Parenting comes with challenges, and you shouldn’t have to face them alone. Just as we nurture the mind, body, and spirit of every young person, we also offer resources to help you feel supported, empowered, and confident at home. Because when families thrive, kids do too.

FAQs

What is the cost for the Clubs?

During the summer, the cost is $218.75 per week per child for legacy sites and $185 per week per child for school-based sites. The cost is $185 during the school year. ALL fees are waived (free attendance) for families that secure a childcare authorization through the Wisconsin Shares – Child Care Subsidy Program. Families will only be asked to pay for a maximum of two children at a time. Additional children from one household are enrolled at no additional cost. Scholarships are also available.

Do you have to maintain a certain income level?

No, all income levels are welcome.

Do memberships transfer?

Yes, that is an option for people being bussed between clubs. E.g. the robotics club. If the club nearest you doesn’t offer your program of interest, we will take you to that location for that program, and you can switch to that club.

Do you provide meals/snacks?

Yes, we provide a hot meal and a snack. After school, members receive dinner and a snack. In the summertime, members receive two meals and a snack.

Do you provide transportation?

Yes, we have Club vans to transport Club kids that are always operated by Club staff.

Are you open during school breaks or holidays?

Sometimes we are open during school breaks or holidays. Please check your Club’s schedule. We are closed on most federal holidays. Our legacy sites are open all day on spring break. View the calendar.
