I love Milwaukee and see incredible hope for its future through the talents and potential of our young people. They are the future—and they deserve support, opportunity, and quality mentorship to become successful, responsible, and caring citizens. As they grow into adulthood, they will give back to this community in powerful and meaningful ways. I work for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee because I believe in bridging the opportunity gap for youth. Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee (BGCGM) is making a significant, multi-layered impact in the community by meeting children and families where they are. Starting with essential supports like meals, childcare, and safe spaces, BGCGM builds a strong foundation for youth development. From there, the organization empowers young people through mentorship, leadership development, academic enrichment, mental health services, and access to college and career pathways. By addressing both immediate needs and long-term goals, BGCGM helps youth grow into productive, responsible, and caring members of the Milwaukee community.
